Levante kitchen in Frankfurt: The new restaurant Motek” inspires!

In Frankfurt's vibrant Bornheim district, the “Motek” restaurant has recently shined in new splendor and brings a touch of Levante cuisine to Hanauer Landstrasse. The two young owners, Zoe Rosenfeld and Bruno Albrecht, both 23 years old, have dared to take the step into self-employment together. After five weeks, her restaurant is already delighting many guests with delicious, plant-based dishes and a welcoming atmosphere.

What does “Motek” mean? In Hebrew, this word means treasure or darling, and that's exactly what Zoe and Bruno want to be for their guests. The couple, who have been together for about three years, have a strong passion for gastronomy. Zoe, who comes from a gastronomy family, opened the vegan restaurant “Dominion” with her father in the past. Bruno, once a professional basketball player for the Skyliners Frankfurt, ended his career to devote himself fully to the new challenge as a restaurant owner.

A special kind of taste experience

“Motek” focuses on creative, plant-based dishes and avoids meat at all. The menu features delicious delicacies such as hummus, falafel, labaneh, matbucha, vegan kebab and hamburgers. The “Motek Sharing” for two people, which offers a fine selection of snacks, is particularly popular. The idea is to create a convivial atmosphere in which food can be shared.

The quality of the ingredients is particularly important to the two owners. They get inspiration from suppliers like NENI, among others, who offer products like hummus, tahina and falafel mass wholesale. These fresh, high-quality ingredients are intended to help restaurateurs develop their own creations and delight their guests with oriental flavors. According to an interview with the NENI team, tahina is an essential element in the kitchen that has many uses. Chefsculinar describes the importance of fresh quality and the desire to inspire the gastronomy sector.

A place for regulars

The cozy 40 indoor seats and the spacious terrace with 60 seats quickly established themselves as a contact point for regular guests. “Motek” has understood how to create an ambience that invites you to linger. Whether inside or outside – visitors can look forward to relaxing hours with delicious food. The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and offers the public a selection of hearty and healthy dishes that make eating together an experience.

In just a few weeks, the “Motek” restaurant has not only brought a breath of fresh air into Frankfurt’s gastronomic landscape, but has also captured the hearts of its guests. With their passion for good food and the desire to offer their guests something special, Zoe and Bruno show that you can achieve big dreams even at a young age. FNP reports that déjà la, another sensation on the gastronomic sky of Frankfurt, is in the starting blocks. The skills of the young couple do not go unnoticed and make “Motek” a real insider tip in the city.
