What's on the program in Borken on August 21st? The Social Psychiatric Association and the Social Psychiatric Service of the Borken District invite you to an exciting event: "Dealing with shame, powerlessness, helplessness. How can those involved support each other?" from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the FARB, Markt 15. Free of charge and without prior registration, this event offers relatives, those affected and professionals from the psychosocial field the opportunity to exchange ideas about central emotions that are often related to mental illnesses.

When it comes to mental illness, feelings such as shame and guilt are often insurmountable and have a major impact on the lives of those affected. These emotions can lead to withdrawal and isolation, suppressing self-esteem and the ability to act. A place for support and understanding

The event aims to promote empathy and understanding as well as to strengthen each other and develop solutions.
