Partial qualification in Bocholt: Your chance for professional success!

An informative event under the motto “Partial Qualification Action Days” recently took place at the local career orientation center in Bocholt. Organized by the Coesfeld Employment Agency and the Borken District Job Center, the information event attracted around 20 interested guests who wanted to find out about further training opportunities and the advantages of partial qualifications. presse-service.de reports that the speakers Andreas Höing from the employment agency and Susanne Lökes from the job center impressively explained the advantages of this form of vocational training to those present.

But what is partial qualification anyway? This form of further training is divided into several modules that build on each other and include internship periods in companies. At the end of each module there is a partial examination, and after successfully completing all modules, participants can take the final examination in the respective training occupation. Many people benefit because the modules can be chosen flexibly, which is particularly beneficial for people with family obligations.

Diverse offers for different needs

The event also highlighted the versatility of the partial qualification. There have already been successes in the “machine and plant operator” area in 2023, and further rounds are planned for the future. Also interesting is the upcoming partial qualification for “Educator” as well as the preparations for the area of “Housekeeping”. The frontrunner is the new partial qualification in sales, which starts at the end of August. The training takes place in a hybrid format – three days online and two days of face-to-face teaching. These modules are not only informative but also targeted. The concept of partial qualification plus (TQplus), which addresses people with an additional need for learning and integration support, offers individual support lessons. Job-related technical terms and learning techniques are taught. Support with applications and career planning is also at the forefront of the offerings.

Integration promotion and support

Another aspect that should not go unmentioned is the support of people with a migrant background. The various programs are designed to integrate this target group into the German labor market in the best possible way. This is done, for example, through job-related language support or individual coaching to support participants in finding their career path.

The response to the “Partial Qualification Action Days” was consistently positive, which resulted in a clear desire for regular information events on the subject of further training in the region. Anyone interested in finding out more about the offers can contact the Society for Professional Development and Training mbH (GEBA) directly at the email address tq@geba-muenster.de. However, a prior consultation appointment with the job center or employment agency is required in order to explore individual options and ensure the best possible support.

A wide range of qualification offers is available to all participants and interested parties, which not only promotes further professional development, but also personal development. In times when flexibility and adaptability are required, such initiatives are essential for professional integration.
