Many who have played for Passau in the past have had the quality of top-class players, such as the duo Jakub Dyjas and Can Akkuzu, who played for the club.
In the past, teams of six competed in a north and south relay, but today everything is different: currently only ten clubs with four players each compete in the league. This development has not only changed the competitive environment, but also the style of play.
