Shocking trial: Man from Polling forces nine girls into prostitution!
On November 5, 2025, a stirring trial began at the Traunstein regional court. The focus is on a 37-year-old man from Polling in the Mühldorf district who is accused of having persuaded numerous girls into prostitution. Prosecutor Sabine Krotky argues that the defendant acted in a particularly perfidious manner by posing as a woman online and having conversations on platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. Using pseudonyms such as “Jessica,” “Lisa,” and “Leonie,” he tried to gain the trust of these young girls, who were between 13 and 16 years old.
Surprisingly, his first customer was himself, which underlines the inscrutable nature of his actions. The indictment includes a total of ten cases involving nine girls. The attacks occurred primarily in the Mühldorf district, but also in the neighboring regions of Rottal-Inn, Traunstein and Berchtesgadener Land. The girls were pressured to offer sexual services in his car, in remote forest areas or in hotel rooms, for which they were paid between 100 and 300 euros.
Brutal excesses
A particularly frightening case is the rape of a 14-year-old in early summer 2022. The defendant's approach is described as systematic and brutal. During a search of his apartment in March 2024, investigators discovered child and youth pornography on his computer, which further strengthened the charges already filed of serious sexual abuse, rape, forced prostitution and child pornography.
The process not only attracts the attention of the local community, but also raises questions about the protection of children and young people in the digital world. It is essential to combat such offenses and companies like Yahoo have taken action to combat digital exploitation. They deploy specialized teams and use technology to detect and report child pornography, which can provide an additional layer of security for young users. According to Yahoo, there are comprehensive programs to combat online child exploitation that include working with organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to prevent such crimes and hold perpetrators accountable.
More days of negotiations
There are still several important trial days to come: the case will continue on November 6th, 10th and 11th, 2025, at 9 a.m. In the meantime, the public remains in suspense and expects justice to be achieved for the girls involved. The seriousness of the allegations and the defendant's methodology speak for themselves: urgent action is required here.
