On Friday, July 11, 2025, the ZF company invites you to an exciting event: the Info-Night@ZF. The event will take place from 4:30 p.m. at Ernst-Sachs-Straße 62 in Schweinfurt and is aimed at students, parents and teachers. ZF is known as the largest training company in Lower Franconia and presents a variety of training and study opportunities on this day.

As ZF reports, the Info Night is not just about providing information, but also about practical experiences. Trainees, dual students and specialists will present their fields of activity in the areas of robotics, IT and modern manufacturing technologies on site. Interactive stations invite you to get hands-on – for example when soldering and assembling an adhesive dispenser in the ZF design. Jens Wunderwald, head of training, emphasizes how important it is to experience the professions and study programs on offer first hand and to exchange ideas. The motto of this year's event couldn't be more appropriate: “Your Future 4.0”.

Training and study opportunities

ZF currently offers a total of eleven apprenticeships and seven dual study programs. Whether for school leavers or for those who are fluctuating between training and studying – there are plenty of options. Young talents can maximize their career opportunities, particularly in dual studies that combine the advantages of theory and practice. There are over 1,500 dual study programs available in Germany, offering different models and degrees to meet individual needs.

• Ausbildungsintegrierendes duales Studium: Doppelte Abschlüsse mit hoher Belastung durch Berufsschule.
• Praxisintegrierendes duales Studium: Praxiserfahrung ohne zusätzliche Ausbildung.
• Berufsintegrierendes duales Studium: Für Berufstätige, die sich weiterbilden möchten.
• Berufsbegleitendes duales Studium: Kombination aus Vollzeitjob und Studium.

Applications for the training positions in 2026 can be submitted from August 1st. The application period for the dual study program has been running since May 1st. Anyone interested can find information about applying online at www.zf.com/schweinfurt/azubibewerbung.
