A concerned citizen saw the tent near a former gravel pit and reported it immediately. But when no one showed up to the tent in the afternoon and there were personal items inside, the explorer felt compelled to take action. This situation led to an intensive intervention by the rescue services, who deployed two catamarans to ensure the safety of the area to thoroughly examine the area and rule out that anyone had fallen into the water. The owner of the tent, a resident of Racibórz, had made the tent available to a man known as Koczownik, i.e. someone without a permanent address. This form of life is not new; Koczownicy are people who move around in search of food, water or pasture. The man who was given the tent was arrested by police in Gorzyce on July 1 and is currently in custody. Despite the worrying circumstances, the police are relieved about the outcome of the situation.
